Traditional Greek potatoes are served with a size of Tzatziki sauce! But these potatoes do not need that as they are coated with a pre-made Greek dressing. Which makes them super delicious and creamy!

I use this local brand, however there are many brands like this you just have to experiment with what you find to see what is best for you and your family.

Once you try this recipe, you are going to be hooked.

Defiantly, they are simply baked potatoes with the addition of greek dressing seasonings and lemon juice.

Oh yes and lemons and Greek dressing and you will be in for an intense flavor profile. 

WHAT IS IN GREEK POTATOES 

It is a potato that is crispy on the outside yet tender on the inside that is seasoned with Greek seasonings and served with lemon juice. If you are baking them you will cook them in a chicken stock, air frying tenderizes them just the same. – the stock.

  • Greek potatoes are made with olive oil, garlic, chicken stock, and lemon juice.
  • Then they are spiced with oregano and rosemary.
  • And tossed in Greek dressing for added creaminess.

HOW TO GREEK POTATOES 

  • Start by cleaning off your potatoes and slice them into halves
  • Seasoning with salt and pepper, rosemary, oregano, garlic powder and olive oil.
  • Drizzle the potatoes with 3 tbsp of olive oil and then pour in one cup of chicken stock “make sure not to pour over the potatoes” and bake in a oven safe dish at 425 f for 45 minutes, till tender.
  • After 30 minutes, flip over your potatoes and add in the lemon juice and remaining chicken stock.
  • Bake for the remaining 15 minutes.
  • Once cooked, place the potatoes into a large bowl and mix in the Greek Dressing and serve hot with fresh lemon wedges.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs (680g) mini new potatoes
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth, Salted
  • 1/3 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Greek Dressing
  • SPICES
  • 1 tsp Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Dry Oregano
  • 1 tsp White Pepper
