WHAT IS BOURSIN CHEESE

Boursin cheese is a brand of soft spreadable French cheeses. They come in 3 popular varieties and are all flavored with different ingredients. They are expanding their flavors by the day.

It is the perfect ingredient to flavor pasta and other dishes and it melts well and is similar to cream cheese. There most popular flavor is Fine Herbs as seen below.
