With the pre made Alfredo sauce you can have this dinner ready in no time. But if you want to make an Alfredo sauce from scratch you can find many of those recipes online. I personally have a brand I like and stick with it.

How to Make Creamy Broccoli Tortellini Alfredo
- Start by sautéing butter in a frying pan and minced garlic, sauté till fragrant and transparent then remove and set aside
- Meanwhile, wash and dice your broccoli florets into small bite sized pieces
- In the same pan add in the Alfredo sauce, milk and parmesan cheese. Along with Italian seasonings and pepper.
- Toss in the frozen or fresh tortellini and allow to simmer on low heat
- Meanwhile, toss in the broccoli and simmer on medium – low heat till the tortellini and broccoli are cooked to your liking
- Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 250 grams frozen tortellini
- 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets, diced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 bottle of Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup of 2% or whole milk
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp Italian seasonings
- 1 tsp onion powder
- pepper to taste
