The holidays are fast approaching and I have been more busy this year then ever when it comes to decorating and getting gifts for those I love. I have not had as much time to create new recipes or share what I wanted too this year with you all.

However, I did manage to get this delicious treat up on my blog this year. I hope you give it a try and enjoy!

I suppose most people are familiar with beef, chicken, tuna type sliders. But i was craving something different and this tasty treat sure hit the spot.

It is fresh and just the right appetizer to not over fill your guests, but to have them happily awaiting the main course without to hungry of a tummy!
