Chinese Dumpling Sauce
This is the best and easy Chinese Dumpling Sauce ever and serves well with either steamed dim sum type dumplings (my fav) or even air fryer Chinese dumplings or boiled. It is savory with a hint of spice and tons of Asian flare.
Here is a recipe from some STEAMED DIM SUM which goes so well with this sauce.
I used to go out for dim sum often and they always served each dish with a side of dipping sauce.
Since I have learned to make my own dim sum at home now, I wanted to create a sauce to go alongside my dim sum / dumplings
This sauce hits the spot evetime. Savory, spicy and delicious!
