Canadian Poutine Potato Soup

How to Make Canadian Poutine Potato Soup

Step 1

In a large soup pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and carrots and cook for 5 minutes until softened.

Step 2

Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
