Broccoli Salad with Cranberries and Almonds

Making this Broccoli Salad with Cranberries and Almonds is SO easy to do and comes together in under 15 minutes!

I used to buy this salad in those store bought bags as I absolutely loved it! However, it get’s expensive and making it at home can cost a fraction of the cost!

To make this healthy you will want to use make my HOMEMADE salad dressing for this otherwise you can go with the more traditional store bought poppy seed dressing if you prefer.

How To Make Broccoli Salad with Cranberries and Almonds

  • Start by pre-washing your broccoli and cut in into small, medium or large sizes depending on your personally preferences.
  • Then add in your sliced almonds, cranberries and pumpkin seeds
  • In a separate bowl mix the Dressing up till well blended
  • Then pour over the salad and toss to coat
  • Enjoy!

  • Greek Yogurt
  • Olive Oil
  • Maple Syrup
  • Apple Cider Vinegar

OTHER VEGETABLES YOU CAN ADD TO THIS SALAD

  • SLICED RAW BRUSSEL SPROUTS
  • CHOPPED KALE
  • CHOPPED SPINACH
  • CHOPPED SWISS CHARD

  • 4 cups of broccoli florets
  • 1/3 sliced red onions
  • ½ cup roasted and salted almonds, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • DRESSING
  • 1/2 Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
