Best Newfoundland Cod recipe with dressing

I recently saw this recipe being made on a Youtuber’s channel called Skote Outdoors. The couple where cooking in a kitchen with a man named Gord. Who has been a fisherman out in Newfoundland for decades. I knew I had to give the recipe a go! And boy, oh boy am I happy I did.

I have made this recipe a few times over the following week to test out my favorite way to have it. And this recipe here is just that. My recipe differs slightly from Gord’s since I added some “dried crispy onions” and “fresh lemon juice” to the cod to incorporate with the Newfoundland Dressing mixture. I hope you enjoy as much as we did.
