Baked Oyster Rockefeller Recipe

I’ve order Oysters Rockefeller once before while I was in Vancouver and it was delicious! Being it was served as an appetizers. I was left craving for more. But my main course was next so I enjoyed that as well. When i saw the tiktok video showing how to make this same recipe but in a tin can in the air fryer or oven. I thought that is weird! But also looks tasty and as a foodie it was something I was curious to try.

I soon learned that the cans the canned oysters come in is not safe for baking. And so I create a similar recipe idea. But more so for those who want to enjoy it as a dip!

WHAT IS OYSTERS ROCKEFELLER

Oysters Rockefeller is an appetizer that is traditionally served in high end restaurants where they grill fresh oysters with an array of toppings on it. Such as butter, spinach, breadcrumbs and seasonings.

Also, you can make this more or less spicy as you wish. The heat element added is from the “hot sauce” I tend to add a bit more as I love spice. But for this recipe, I will keep it mind for my readers / recipe makers and let you decide.

You can serve this Canned Oysters recipe alongside your favorite crackers. I have found plane crackers like triscuits work very well. Plus they are a heavier chip and can handle to dip well too.
