These pork chops are baked directly in a delicious LEMON PEPPER SAUCE

This recipe produces a lemony pepper sauce that serves well with rice or potatoes This is the pork chops without the sauce, however there is a lot of sauce available for this dish.

WHAT GOES WITH BAKED PORK CHOPS

Any vegetables really. I served with peas

Any starch really, rice, potatoes or quinoa

HOW TO MAKE FALL OFF THE BONE TENDER PORK CHOPS

  • Pre-heat broiler
  • Then season the pork-chops with salt and pepper and place under the broiler till the chops are browned on all sides, flipping once or twice to ensure this
  • Once browned, place the chops on the stove-top and set aside
  • Meanwhile, heat up all the sauce ingredients on the stove-top in another pot till combined
  • Pour the sauce over all the pork-chops and bake in a pre-heated oven at 375 F for 40 minutes till the pork chops are fall off the bone tender.
  • Enjoy!

Baked Lemon Pepper Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 whole lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat broiler
