4 Ingredient Macaroni Pasta Salad

This easy 4 Ingredient Macaroni Salad recipe is made without mayo as I much prefer to use a fresh dilly dip dressing which is one of the ingredients that really brings this pasta dish all together to make the most delicious cold pasta salad.

  • Macaroni
  • Dilly Dip
  • Dill 
  • Tomatoes
  • Lemon Juice

HOW TO MAKE A 4 INGREDIANT PASTA SALAD

  • Start by boiling a pot of salted water, then add in your macaroni pasta and cook the pasta according to the packages institutions.
  • Strain the macaroni pasta and set aside.
  • Next chop your tomatoes and set aside.
  • Once the pasta is soft and cooked to your liking, strain and set aside to cool down.
  • Once cooled add in the diced tomatoes, dilly dressing and seasonings.
  • Squeeze some fresh lemon juice into the pasta and mix to combine.
  • Cover and allow to chill in the fridge before serving.
  • Enjoy!

You can use mayo in replace of the dressing if desired

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of macaroni
  • 1 cup of dilly dip dressing
  • 4 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
