HOW TO MAKE MACARONI SALAD

  1. Start by bringing a large pot of water to a boil
  2. Add in some cooking oil then stir in the dry macaroni
  3. Cook till al dente
  4. Strain and set aside
  5. Keep the remaining hot water and boil 4 eggs till hard
  6. Place in an ice bath for 1 min, crack and remove the shells
  7. Dice the eggs and allow to cool down for 10 mins
  8. Add the cooled down macaroni to a big bowl, shredded cheese, eggs and mayo
  9. Toss to coat and season according to taste
  10. Cool in the fridge for at least one hour before serving! Or serve warm depending on your taste preference.

  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
