3/4 cup Strawberry Kefir
1/2 cup 2% milkor Soya Milk
1 cup Strawberries
1 tsp Vanilla extract
I’m a sucker for Strawberry milkshakes and so is my mom. I think between the both of us, we have enjoyed well over 1000 shakes together, that does not include apart.
I like to brag these days that I like to enjoy a Strawberry Milkshake for breakfast. And that is the truth, and let me tell you I feel not one ounce of guilt. That’s because my Milkshake is super healthy for you, and does not compromise on taste.
The kefir gives it the right amount of creaminess we all crave and the fresh strawberries make it so fruity! Note: I like to put a fair amount of ice in mine, if you like it more creamy + add less.

- 3/4 cup Strawberry Kefir
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 1 cup Strawberries
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- Add 1 cup of fresh strawberries to your blender and blend until smooth.
- Add in 1/2 cup of apple juice and blend for a few more seconds.
- In your glass, add a handful of ice cubes and then pour 3/4 cup of strawberry kefir over top.
- Then pour the strawberry/apple juice mixture into the glass over the kefir which will create the lava flow affect.
- Stir all together, and serve with a straw!
