Spinach Artichoke Chicken Skillet

This dish is creamy, rich and full of flavor. And utilizes a small can of artichokes and fresh spinach. My family requests this dish often and really loves it, I hope your family does too!

When making any type of Chicken Breast recipe these days, I like to prepare them in a cast iron skillet. I

As it cooks them quickly and evenly. Plus browns them better than any skillet I have ever found~ So if you can get your hands on one, then trust me it is well worth it.

Spinach Artichoke Chicken Skillet

The artichokes and spinach really make this dish extra special. Just make sure using whole canned artichokes that are packed in water and nothing else. Otherwise the flavor may be really thrown off.

And allows you to skip any starches if desired.
