This Spicy Cheesy Ramen recipe is the mac and cheese of the Korean ramen world and is so good. It’s made with Samyang Buldak instant noodles and is topped with sunny side up egg and green onions. Easy and satisfying!

I love Korean ramen noodles, they have become my new obsession. I allow myself to have them every other week as a treat! I am addicted, but due to the high sodium content I do limit myself. You can also omit half the packaging of the cheese spice if desired and add some real shredded cheese in replace.

Totally up to you! Both methods of preparing this is delicious.

Also, what makes this spicy is the red sauce that comes with the noodles, you can half that as well if desired.

HOW TO MAKE BULDAK RAMEN LESS SPICY

Each Samyang Buldak ramen comes with a spicy sauce specifically for the noodles. The packaging is the same, red. Use as much or little of this packaging as you desire. It contains the heat your wanting or not for the noodles.
