My family requests these sandwiches every time the holidays are over. 

So after the holidays, when you have all that leftover turkey. 

I hope you think of this recipe as well, it is a real winner.

And my favorite recipe for leftover turkey and gravy!

Prior to making it, you will simply want to go to your local grocer and pick up some of the nicest sandwich buns you can find.

Hot Turkey Sandwich with Gravy

Then simply stuff those buns with some of that leftover reheated turkey meat, stuffing and gravy.

And wulla, you will have yourself the most delicious Hot Turkey Sandwich!

WHAT GOES WITH A HOT TURKEY SANDWICH

Basically any type of side can be served along this type of sandwich. Think Thanksgiving or Christmas day leftovers!

Cranberry sauce would even go really well inside this sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 1 Sandwich Bun
  • 1 Cup of Leftover Turkey
  • 3 tbsp of Leftover Stuffing
  • 3 tbsp of Gravy

Instructions

  1. Start by reheating the leftover turkey meat along with the stuffing.
  2. Reheat the gravy
  3. Slice the bun and fill with the turkey and stuffing
  4. Pour the hot gravy overtop and enjoy!
