Directions
This Easy Hamburger Wild Rice Casserole is a healthy alternative to most white rice type casserole dishes. And is made with cream of mushroom soup along with mushrooms. A super simple and hearty dish that is ready in under one hour.
It is always hard to find recipes that my toddler will eat with us. But this is one of those winner recipes! I like that is contains a wild rice mixture vs just plain old white rice. As this allows me to get more nutrients into my child’s diet easily.
Note: you can put anywhere from 2 cups to 2 1/2 cups of dry rice in this casserole.
