Directions
This Easy Hamburger Soup is super simple to make and absolutely delicious!
It is made with lean hamburger, canned tomatoes, diced celery, carrots and potatoes and is seasoned with italian seasoning.
Making for a quick and healthy weeknight meal that the whole family is sure to enjoy!
I recommend using beef bone broth for this soup if you have on hand if not regular beef broth will work too.
Lean hamburger is best also, however a regular hamburger will give the broth a more silky texture if your not using bone broth.
