I just love this salad, it serves so well on it’s own or as a side dish to just about any meal.
You do not have to have it only in the summer either. Although it really is a great summer salad!
Serving this alongside burgers in the Winter months works great also.

Creamy Cucumber Dill Radish Salad
This salad is best cold, so be sure to marinated it in the fridge for a min of 1 hour prior to serving.
Ingredients
- 2 large cucumber, sliced thinly
- 10 radish, sliced thinly
- 1 cup of creamy dill salad dressing
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- Pinch black pepper
Instructions
- Wash your vegetables then slice them thinley and place in a large bowl.
- Add in the fresh dill and creamy dill dressing then season with pepper.
- This salad is best cold, so be sure to marinated it in the fridge for a min of 1 hour prior to serving.
