Chinese Squid Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 400 grams of squid
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 cup of broccoli, diced
- 1 cup of celery, diced
- 1/2 red onion sliced
- 2 garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- SAUCE
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Start by stir frying the squid in some sesame oil for a few mins then set aside.
- Then diced and mince all your vegetables and place in the frying pan along with the sauce - the corn starch.
- Mix in 3/4 cup of vegetable stock and stir fry the vegetebles till tender.
- Toss in the garlic last along with the corn starch and toss to coat
- Season with black pepper and toss to serve.
