This Chinese ground pork stir fry can also be made with ground beef or chicken if desired however this is my favorite way to make it. It is simple, and very inexpensive as it can feed a family’s of four for less than five dollars per plating.

HOW TO MAKE Chinese ground pork stir fry
- Fry the ground pork in sesame oil then add in the garlic and ginger fry till fragrant
- Add in the sliced peppers fry till soft
- Add the sauce and spices simmer on low heat adding in 1/2 cup of water.
- Simmer 20 mins then serve over rice.

Chinese ground pork stir fry
Ingredients
- 500 grams of ground pork
- 5 small red peppers sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cups of white rice
- 2 garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger minced
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp white pepper
Instructions
