It’s SUMMER and this is the time of year where me and my partner kinda live off refreshing cold fruit beverages. We hardly ever put sugar or sweetener in our Mojitos, and that is because we use fruit and tonic water to make them. Which sweetens it up perfectly, you can make this with or without the alcohol, totally up to you. If the sugar from the fruit and soda is not enough for you, then feel free to add a flavored syrup of your liking or 2 tsp of sugar. Also you can use club soda in replace of the tonic water, but it will be less sweet. Now sit back and enjoy the tastes from Havana, Cuba, where the birthplace of the Mojito originated from.

Kitchen Essentials:

To make the Cherry Mojitos:

  1. Make sure your cherries are pitted before combing everything in the blender.
  2. Combine everything and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour, serve, enjoy!
