This is a great dinner to make for two people, think Valentines, New Years or just because. You can also double this recipe and make it for more people if desired. Takes less than 20 minutes to bring this from kitchen to table, super simple and delicious all at the same time.
Serve with a side of Asparagus and you will have yourself a fancy little meal
To make the Broiled Butterflied Lobster Tails:
- Defrost the lobster tails in warm water.
- Using kitchen knife or shears cut down the center of top of each tail down to the base. Next grab each side of the shell and gently pry the shell away from the meat, exposing the meat.
- Brush with butter and old bay seasoning.
- Broil lobsters with the over door a jar, till lightly brown and meat is opaque. Cooking times may vary depending on the lobster tail size, so make sure you keep an eye on those tails!
- Enjoy!
