Beef Broccoli Stir fry Chinese

When making this dish you want to be sure not to over cook the broccoli as it is much better a bit crispy!

Also, be sure to marinate the sliced beef for at least 30 minutes prior to ensure it tenderizes well.

Put on a pot of white rice as well, it goes very well alongside rice as it has a nice sauce.

You can either use powdered ginger, garlic and onion powder or fresh ingredients for this dish!

Then you will want some easy fry sliced beef, broccoli and mushrooms.
