These Air Fryer Greek Potatoes are easy super easy to make and are very delicious!
Traditional Greek Potatoes are baked in the oven in a sauce that makes them soft and tender.
However they can also be done in the air fryer, since the baking aspect makes them just as soft.
These potatoes will have you saying OPA!
Greek Potatoes are absolutely delicious on their own or served as a side dish to any Greek meal.
Once you try this recipe, you are going to be hooked.
The are great served on there own, however they also go along side just about any type of meal.
Or GREEK dish!
ARE GREEK POATOES HEALTHY
Defiantly, they are basically potatoes baked or air fried in olive oil.
With some healthy seasonings of course and lemon juice.
WHAT IS IN GREEK POTATOES
It is a potato that is crispy on the outside yet tender on the inside that is seasoned with Greek seasonings and served with lemon juice. If you are baking them you will cook them in a chicken stock, air frying tenderizes them just the same. – the stock.
- Greek potatoes are made with olive oil, garlic, chicken stock, and lemon juice.
- Then they are spiced with oregano and rosemary.
HOW TO MAKE AIR FRYER GREEK POTATOES
- It is good to use a BASKET Air fryer for this recipe, as it allows them to be tossed around creating the cripsy potatoes on the outside that your after and tender on the inside.
- Start by washing and then cutting your potatoes into bite sized pieces.
- Then chop your garlic.
- Pre – heat your air fryer prior to placing your potatoes in.
- Once it has heated up.
- Toss the potatoes in your air fryer with some butter and olive oil and fresh garlic.
- Then add in all the seasonings
- Cook for 25 minutes, tossing every 10 if your air fryer does not do that for you.
- Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!
