Directions
These Air Fryer Frozen Pot Stickers (Dumplings) are cooked in no time. And taste just like something you would order from your local Chinese restaurant.
However, these are much healthier as they are not deep fried, rather they are air fried.
Air Fryer Frozen Pot Stickers ( Air Fryer Dumplings)
Are one of the easiest Asian foods to make at home in a jiffy!
Because you are letting the air fryer do all the work. Pre – purchasing them from frozen prior allows you to just toss them directly into the air fryer.
HOW TO AIR FRY POT STICKERS
- You will want to start by simply removing the frozen pot stickers from the package.
- Preheat your air fryer to 370 degrees for about 4 minutes.
- Then add 1 tbsp of oil into the bottom basket and disperse.
- Place the frozen pot stickers / dumplings inside the air fryer in one layer.
- Cook for 5 minutes, shake the basket.
- Cook dumplings for another 4-6 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the dipping sauce by mixing ingredients together.
- Remove the air fryer dumplings from the basket and let sit for another 2 minutes before enjoying.
Making it an super easy recipe for anyone to make.
I like to make this recipe for a quick lunch or snack option.
It takes no time at all and is the perfect air fryer recipes.
So when ever I have a hankering for some pot stickers, I will make these as they are easy to prepare.
You may have thought that you needed a deep fryer in the past for these.
But now you just need an air fryer to do the same job!
AIR FRYER COOKING TIMES
Do vary based on the type of Air Fryer you are using.
- I use the T-Fal Active air fryer. And with this unit there is a on and off setting along with a time that I set to 8-10 minutes for these.
- I like to use my t – fal air fryer most for the pot stickers as it tosses them around perfectly. However if you have a basket type you can simply give them a shake half way through cooking.
However, to convert an oven-cooked recipe to an air-fryer one, the general rule of thumb is to reduce the suggested temperature by 25°F or 3.889 C and then cut the cook time by about 20%
ARE AIR FRYER FROZEN POT STICKERS HEALTHY
Yes VS those served in most restaurants and that is because they are air fried vs deep fried.
Plus one bag of frozen pot stickers, yields about 30 pieces.
When you order just a dozen from the restaurant you are paying almost double for the same portion size.
Why not give the Air Fryer a go tonight with these Pot Stickers 🙂
