Indie is the Head of Quality Assurance.
Her position involves food inspection, product taste testing, maintaining kitchen health and safety standards, along with inventory management. Her primary focus is on quality assurance and quality control. She also provides QA assistance to the CEO, Director of Operations and our Market Research department and serves as CCA representative on quality matters. Indie is also the CCA Coordinator and a liaison to CCA food inspection committees. Her days are mostly spent ensuring the correct ingredients and measurements are being used in all recipe creations.
