Currently we are facing the Coronavirus covid -19 across the World. And so now is a good time to learn to cook these types of meals from home. They are not only healthy they are filling and go a long way!
BEANS USED IN THIS ROUNDUP: BLACK BEANS, PINTO BEANS, CHICKPEAS, LENTILS AND KIDNEY BEANS.
All these recipes have protein in them, some come from plant proteins, while others are meat based. Making this list valable to just about any type of eater.
In our home we like to eat 3 plant based protein meals per week and some of these plant recipes in this list are our favorites.
