Dinner recipes for toddlers

Dinner recipes for toddlers

Not all kinds are the same, however are toddlers are. Just kidding! But when it comes to eating let’s be honest. There is more picky eaters out there than not! Trust me I know, I have the most pickiest toddler when it comes to eating.

He has to have everything cut up otherwise he won’t have it and it has to have some element of cheese, tomato sauce ie: Ketchup, potatoes or pasta involved. Yes I do feed him Vegetables, however even those need to have cheese, ketchup etc on it.

Keep in mind you will need to chop most of these foods up small so that your toddler can eat them safety. Oh and ps: these recipes are also family friendly, meaning the whole family will enjoy them also. Looking for more toddler friendly recipes? Check my whole category set just for that Toddler recipes

The Naked Pig

Restaurant Review ~ The Naked Pig Barbecue & Smokehouse in Vernon, BC

Service: 3
Food: 3
Atmosphere: 5
Overall: 3

This was a stylish restaurant specializes in low and slow, artisan style, smoked cooking but offers so much more!! The atmosphere was nice and cozy that is why we give it a 5 star rating, the service could have been better. The food was good but had just to much salt for our liking. Check out there location and MENU

Jay had the Badass Philly Cheese and I had the “Brisk Dip” both were very good. Unfortunately it was way to salty and for that reason alone we would only return if they can remove the salt and let us season it to our liking. Jacqueline

EATology Restaurant Review

EATology Restaurant Review

If your ever in Vernon, BC around breakfast/lunchtime treat yourself to EATology!!

This place is located next to the Greyhound station so word of caution. Try to use the washroom elsewhere prior or you will have to ask for a key and use there’s. Besides that this place is highly recommended.

We went here for breakfast one day and was shocked because there was a lineup outside the door! We were not sure what to think, should we stay? should we go? will we find a seat? We decided to line up and give it a go, and let me tell you the wait was worth it, because this was one of the best breakfasts I have ever had at a restaurant.

I had the “Salmon and Eggs Benedict”

While Jason had the “REGULAR Breakfast”.

So the next day we returned to try the lunch menu!

We figured if the lunch was near good as there breakfast we would be ecstatic. And it was, although we both agreed the Chicken and Waffles was the much better choice of the two. Jason had the Buttermilk burger and with that came a side of fries and salad as request. Delicious!
