10 Ketogenic Recipes
As you may know, I like to cook many different types of foods. As I am a self proclaimed huge foodie, so saying NO to one type of food is very hard for me.
That being said, i’m saying I don’t like to eat healthy. Because I do, but i much prefer to enjoy a variety of foods. And believe that everything should be enjoyed in moderation. Most recently I have been eating more of a Ketogenic diet, which consists of foods that are basically low-carb.
These types of foods/recipes have become very popular over the past few years because they have helped many people lose weight. I typically will also start off my New Year, eating mainly keto/gluten free foods. After all the holidays are all about indulgence and for me the New Year is about cutting out some of those heavy foods just for a while so that my body can recoup and stay in it’s best shape.
Below you will find a list of my TOP 10 favorite Ketogenic Recipes of 2018 from around the World. Every single one can be prepared in under 30 minutes as well, I you give some of them a try. Enjoy!
